"Senior Full-Stack Engineer (AI/Agentic)

I am a product- and delivery-oriented full-stack engineer with more than 15 years of experience building and shipping web, mobile, and internal systems for real business operations. My background combines end-to-end architecture, enterprise integrations, document-heavy systems, process automation, and platforms used daily by business teams.

I work primarily with Laravel/PHP, Node.js, React/Next.js, React Native, PostgreSQL, Docker, and AWS, and I also have hands-on experience with SAP, WebSocket-based systems, geospatial tools, OCR/RAG, and mission-critical deployments. I focus on practical delivery, technical quality, and solutions that support operational teams.

In my current work at Garden Group, I build and maintain internal web platforms, corporate websites, and mobile applications. I have designed procurement systems, intranets with AI-assisted document retrieval, OCR workflows, real-time chat, and cross-platform mobile apps with store publishing and multi-role access.

I also work through Fractum Labs on products, MVPs, prototypes, and AI-native delivery. There I created MAGO, a governance framework for AI-assisted development that uses structured execution, procedural and adversarial QA, and evidence-based quality control across multiple projects.

My earlier experience includes web development projects, institutional systems, geospatial applications, SAP support, and internal business tools across public and private organizations. I have worked on intranets, map viewers, PDF generation systems, CRM and stock tools, census-related modules, and secure data exchange workflows.

I hold advanced education in artificial intelligence and a Systems Analyst degree, and I also have training in graphic design and information technology. I speak Spanish natively, have intermediate English, and basic Brazilian Portuguese, and I am based in Asunción, Paraguay.
