About me
I am Anton Grin, a seasoned financial professional with over 22 years of experience in the finance sector in Ukraine, including more than 17 years in executive management roles within financial companies. Throughout my career, I have specialized in debt management, restructuring, fund and asset management, and corporate governance. I have extensive experience working with financial markets, equities, and investment banking services.
I have held leadership positions such as Director at FC Composite – factoring LLC and Asset Management Company TiSa – Invest Ltd, where I managed a wide range of financial services including factoring, leasing, loans, portfolio management, and taxation. My expertise also includes mergers and acquisitions (M&A), due diligence, and working with debt instruments.
