Backend Engineer

I am a Backend Engineer with over 4 years of experience specializing in Java, Kotlin, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Kafka. I have a strong background in building scalable, distributed, event-driven systems in production environments. My expertise lies in microservice architecture, particularly Hexagonal Architecture and Domain-Driven Design, as well as CI/CD pipelines with containerized deployments using Docker.

I have practical experience in the fintech domain, delivering secure payment services and deploying resilient cloud-native backends. Throughout my career, I have contributed to various projects that improved customer experience and system reliability. For example, I played a key role in developing Kotlin-based microservices with Kafka event streaming and implemented features that enhanced onboarding and partner integrations.

My previous roles include working at N26 in Berlin, where I focused on backend engineering and production incident resolution, Cisco Systems in India, where I led backend development for SD-WAN web applications and improved client satisfaction, and Synamedia, where I developed Java-based applications and event-driven recommendation systems that increased user engagement.
