Software QA Automation Engineer

Built a Java + Selenium WebDriver (POM) framework for HHC modules, boosting UI regression test reusability across several product lines. Developed API automation testing workflow with REST Assured, validating authentication, coverage changes, and health-plan sync (status codes, schemas, data integrity). Authored Postman collections for regression and exploratory testing. Designed a regression test plan for multiple API based application based on the client’s acceptance criteria, ensuring 100% test coverage.

Automated dashboards & transaction flows using Java, Selenium, Maven, Cucumber, JUnit reaching ~85% test coverage across retail-banking journeys. Designed and executed REST Assured test cases for APIs covering authentication, payloads, and error handling. Executed Postman API tests covering authentication, payload validation, and error-handling scenarios. Led defect triage with Dev/POs, reducing the QA↔Dev feedback loop by ~60%.

Executed manual UI testing for customer dashboards validating accuracy of data display and overall user experience. Tested REST APIs for gateways and third-party logistics using Postman to validate requests, responses, and error handling. Participated in UAT sessions to confirm stakeholder requirements and identify usability improvements prior to release.
