Analyst (Technology Sector)

I am an investment banking analyst specializing in the technology sector with a strong focus on mergers and acquisitions. Over the course of my career, I have gained hands-on experience working on live projects, preparing pitch materials, and supporting both financial sponsors and corporate clients. My role involves creating detailed marketing materials such as teasers, confidential information memorandums, and presentations for board meetings. I am adept at investor tracking and coordinating internal workstreams to ensure smooth project execution.

During my internships and working student roles, I have supported various sectors including consumer retail, infrastructure, energy, and audit & assurance. These experiences have broadened my understanding of financial analysis, valuation techniques, and the M&A process. I have contributed to creating longlists of potential strategic and financial investors and conducted add-on M&A target research.

I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration from Westphalian Wilhelm University in Münster, Germany, where I focused on finance, accounting, and business law. I am an active member of a student initiative centered on finance and consulting, which has further enhanced my industry knowledge and networking skills.

I am fluent in English and German at a business level, with native proficiency in Russian and Belarusian. My technical skills include advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Capital IQ, with basic knowledge of R, SQL, and Bloomberg. Outside of work, I enjoy Latin American dancing, traveling, physical fitness, and reading.
