Data Analyst

I am a Data Analyst with over 2 years of experience specializing in product and data analytics. I have strong skills in Python, including libraries such as Pandas and NumPy, as well as SQL databases like ClickHouse and Greenplum. I am proficient in BI tools such as Power BI and Apache Superset, which I use to create insightful dashboards and reports.

In my current role at T-Bank (formerly Tinkoff), I independently launched an end-to-end employee survey process, managing everything from design and distribution to performance reporting. I have optimized survey distribution systems to increase completion rates and automated sentiment analysis of free-text comments using AI APIs, which has accelerated feedback processing.

I collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams ranging from 2 to 15 members to deliver actionable insights that enhance product performance and inform strategic decisions. I have experience conducting A/B tests that improved automated support bot inquiry handling, reducing operator workload and operational costs.

My technical expertise includes optimizing Python scripts and SQL queries to reduce metric calculation times significantly. I have designed and maintained ETL pipelines integrating data from Hadoop and Greenplum, improving data consistency and accessibility.

Previously, at DOM.RF, I automated weekly reporting processes, cutting preparation time drastically and eliminating manual errors. I supported product teams with ad-hoc analytical requests and built automated BI dashboards to provide real-time KPI visibility, enabling faster decision-making.

I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Informatics with a focus on Information Technology and Big Data Analysis. Additionally, I earned a Meta Data Analyst with GenAI Professional Certificate. I am fluent in Russian (native) and have intermediate proficiency in English (B2 level).

I am passionate about leveraging data to drive business improvements and enjoy volunteering, having contributed to the VIII International Forum at the Financial University. I was also honored with the High Quality Award in the Business Analytics track at the CUP IT 2024 case championship.
