Software Engineer

I am an experienced Software Engineer with over 3.5 years driving cross-functional testing efforts in fast-paced startups and large enterprises. I am proficient in Python, Node.js, and TypeScript, with a strong focus on coding, debugging, documentation, and optimizing system performance. I am known for being proactive, adaptable, and an effective collaborator across teams.

My educational background includes a BSc in Software Engineering with a major in Data Science from SCE, Beer Sheva, Israel, where I graduated in 2024 with a GPA above 85. Additionally, I hold a Practical Mechatronics Engineering diploma from ORT, Netanya, Israel, completed in 2015 with a GPA above 90. I was selected by the IDF Elite Development Unit “Yiftach” based on academic merit.

I have completed several professional certifications through Coursera between 2023 and 2024, including IBM AI Engineering Professional Certificate, Machine Learning with Python, Deep Learning & Neural Networks, and Computer Vision & Image Processing.

My technical skills span multiple programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Java, and Bash/Shell. I am experienced with testing frameworks including Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, Puppeteer, Pytest, Jest/Vitest, Postman, Mockito, and Stryker. I am also skilled in DevOps tools like GitLab CI, Node.js, OpenAI, asyncAPI, BrowserStack, Swagger, VMWare, and Docker.

In data and machine learning, I work with Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, matplotlib, Seaborn, Jupyter, MongoDB, TinyDB, and InfluxDB. I also have embedded systems experience with RTSP, ONVIF, and hardware testing.

I possess strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, clear technical documentation and presentation abilities, root-cause analysis and debugging under pressure, and a passion for self-directed learning and mentoring in fast-paced environments.

Currently, I am a Lead QA Engineer at Magos Systems in Rehovot, Israel, where I supervise automation of API and UI testing, author asyncAPI and openAPI documentation, and perform manual testing on VMs and IoT devices. Previously, I worked as an Automation Developer at Ecoplant, Herzliya, Israel, and held senior and manufacturing specialist roles at Intel in Kiryat Gat, Israel.
