Technical lead across 4–6 backend and platform teams (≈15–35 engineers). Owned backend, platform, and infrastructure architecture end-to-end. Built and operated bare-metal Kubernetes platform for outsourcing clients. Ran production workloads on GCP GKE, Cloud SQL, BigQuery, Vertex AI, Datastream, Pub/Sub. Introduced Golang for performance-critical services, refactoring PHP workloads. Set up centralized observability (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK). Designed ETL pipelines pulling data from BigQuery through Datastream into Redis and MySQL, powering analytics dashboards and BI reports. Worked extensively with GCP services including GKE, Cloud SQL, BigQuery, Pub/Sub, Cloud Spanner, DataFlow, Cloud Composer. Built CI/CD pipelines with Bitbucket Pipelines and ArgoCD. Integrated AI features using Vertex AI and OpenAI APIs. Focused on cloud architecture best practices and FinOps.

Backend engineer on healthcare ERP system with 100+ microservices on GKE. Worked with Laravel, Google Cloud Spanner, Elasticsearch. Transitioned to R&D role building internal developer portal and RAG-based chat system for business domain documentation. Developed RAG pipeline using FastAPI, fine-tuned OpenAI models, vector databases (PGVector to Weaviate), and Gradio interface. Built embedding pipelines and auto-documentation system on GCP.
