Throughout my career, I have successfully managed full-lifecycle IT delivery projects with budgets ranging from $1M to $3M, navigating complex regulatory environments in Europe, the USA, and the Middle East. My expertise lies in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams using Agile methodologies such as SAFe and Scrum, as well as Waterfall.

I have a proven track record of leading large, cross-functional teams of over 80 professionals across multiple continents, ensuring high-quality software delivery and operational excellence. My experience spans eBanking, Fintech, Public Sector digitalization, ERP and CRM implementations, and system integration projects. I am adept at stakeholder management, business process optimization, change management, and client upselling.

In my current role as Delivery Manager and Senior Operations Consultant at Createq, I lead a global software delivery unit serving top-tier international banking clients. I act as a strategic advisor and primary escalation point, orchestrating cross-border engagements between C-level clients and offshore teams.
