Observability Engineer

I am an Observability Engineer with a strong background in software development and automation engineering. Currently, I design and implement monitoring solutions for cloud and on-premise environments using New Relic’s observability platform and Catchpoint for network monitoring. I lead guided installations of infrastructure, APM, and browser agents across diverse client systems to ensure full telemetry coverage, performance visibility, and network observability.

My expertise includes developing applications and web services using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, programming in JavaScript and Python, and applying object-oriented development principles. I am skilled in styling applications with Tailwind and modern CSS, using Linux and Windows terminal commands for server administration, and analyzing data with New Relic.

I automate workflows with APIs and scripting, utilize REST APIs with JavaScript, and develop backend logic with Node.js and asynchronous programming. I monitor databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL with New Relic, debug with Chrome Dev Tools, and apply modern CSS layouts using Grid and Flexbox. Additionally, I have foundational knowledge in containerization and virtualization, including Docker and Kubernetes.

I am proficient in DOM manipulation, browser APIs, prompt engineering with AI models like ChatGPT, and workflow automation with N8N. I focus on data visualization for monitoring and business insights, responsive design with mobile-first layouts, and IT security fundamentals for technical teams. I also use Git and GitHub for version control and collaboration.
