Pricing platform implementation and analytics support for retail. Partnered with the founder and PO to translate ideas into business requirements. Configured pricing rules for METRO Russia (93 stores, 4 channels, 70k+ SKUs). Built LLM-assisted competitor intelligence workflows (profiling, comparison tables, catalog matching) to reduce manual research effort.

Executed data cleansing and aggregation in Stata for Eurostat’s price-comparing report. Forecasted airline ticket sales using regression, gradient boosting, and LSTM.

Responsible for business intelligence and budgeting in the Business development department. Led a team of three members. Expanded the department’s BI system, tripling regular reports in 4 years. Created reports from metric definitions and data gathering to dashboard visualization. Conducted analyses of credit bureau data leading to a 200% increase in average credit amount and 350% increase in approval rate. Performed sales funnel analysis and designed A/B tests to increase conversion for declined Sberbank applicants and pseudo car loan campaigns.

Responsible for customer satisfaction analysis (Net Promoter Score, multi-channel Customer Satisfaction Index). Designed and ran NPS survey (10k responses quarterly); presented insights to the Board. Scripted stored procedures and workflow supporting multi-channel CSI surveys using SAS Campaign management and Oracle PL/SQL Developer. Analyzed customer behavior, NPS, and satisfaction data to identify pain points and support improvements across the customer journey.

Developed business requirements and ran targeted marketing campaigns. Prepared business requirements for DWH analytical views, analytical CRM system, marketing optimization system, and online marketing system. Tested and launched monthly preapproved marketing campaigns with segmentation rules and automation trigger logic achieving over 5% conversion rate.

Responsible for marketing research, business intelligence, and website reconstruction. Completed research on analytical CRM systems and created comparison list resulting in SAS CM selection by Leto Bank. Led development and maintenance of ATM reporting system using MS Reporting Services. Started as Business Analyst handling requirements for billing, budgeting, and multi-channel marketing systems.

Developed business requirements and technical documentation. Developed business logic, documented data flows, formalized with MS Visio, and prepared business requirements for in-house automation systems (Returned mail processing, ATM monitoring). Executed ad-hoc queries against the Teradata database.
