Analyze detailed interface requirements and develop test cases and scenarios. Automate test cases using APIs and tools like JMeter and Cypress. Perform regression testing.

Analyze and review technical specifications. Monitor issue resolution and interact with involved areas. Drive projects and support squads to meet deadlines. Define and maintain squad backlogs and stories.

Support 2nd level software used by VIVO for billing and customer relationship. Analyze issues and test solutions. Train and present new features. Develop and maintain ETL testing scripts using SQL and Oracle SQL Developer. Execute ETL test cases for data accuracy and integrity using Oracle Database Integrator (ODI). Write testing scenarios for new feature validation. Automate testing scenarios using APIs and scripts. Prepare testing environments. Provide production support including solution validation, installation, monitoring, error analysis, and customer support.
