I am Alan Humberto Herrera Carrera, a passionate and dedicated Software Engineer, my Bachelor of Science in Computer Systems Engineering at Instituto Tecnológico de La Laguna. Throughout my academic journey and professional experiences, I have developed a strong foundation in software development, data analysis, and digital transformation solutions. I thrive in collaborative environments where I can contribute to improving operational efficiency and driving innovation.

During my internship at Caterpillar Inc., I successfully developed business solutions using Power Apps that significantly reduced manual data entry time and enhanced operational workflows. I designed and implemented Power BI dashboards that accelerated KPI analysis and improved decision-making processes for over 50 users. My work in automating workflows with Power Automate and SharePoint helped reduce incident response times and centralized critical data, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
