Senior Experience Design Consultant

I am a senior UX and product designer with 17 years of experience shipping enterprise products at scale. Over the last decade, I have been working at Salesforce designing AI interfaces, data-dense dashboards, and cross-cloud design systems for Fortune 100 clients. My work has focused on creating scalable design systems that hold up under real-world complexity.

I have led end-to-end experience design projects for major clients including Apple, Lumen, AT&T, and Jack Henry. My expertise lies in design systems, platform and infrastructure design, and crafting data-dense, high-stakes user interfaces that Connected Operations depend on, such as Video-Based Safety, Vehicle Telematics, Driver Workflows, and Equipment Monitoring.

One notable project was designing a real-time financial-transactions dashboard for AT&T that surfaced anomaly detection across millions of enterprise accounts. This kind of data-dense surface must earn trust immediately, and I bring that same standard to all my work.

In addition to my client work, I have developed production tools using AI, including OpenClaw, Job Watcher, and Theme Studio, which are showcased on my portfolio site deliberateux.com. I am also running an experiment called Autonomous Operations (AO) that coordinates multiple AI agents on real product work, development, UX research, and QA through structured handoffs and a shared queue.
