QA Tester

I am a QA professional with more than 10 years of experience across software development, quality assurance, and technical leadership. My background began in development, which helps me understand systems deeply and design more effective testing strategies.

I currently work as a Senior QA Engineer and Team Leader, where I focus on manual testing, test planning, defect prevention, and team coordination. I enjoy working in Agile environments and collaborating closely with product, design, and development teams to deliver reliable software.

My experience includes leading QA efforts for fintech and banking products in Bolivia and Peru, including mobile apps, web platforms, and embedded applications. I have worked on projects related to financial inclusion, mortgage savings, microcredits, and digital savings groups.

I have hands-on experience with tools and technologies such as Appium, Cypress, Katalon, Postman, SOAPUI, Jira, BigQuery, Firebase, and mobile device testing on Android and iOS. I also have a strong technical foundation in Java, JavaScript, Objective-C, Golang, HTML/CSS, PostgreSQL, Oracle, and SQL Server.

Before specializing in QA, I worked as a software consultant and developer, building backend, frontend, mobile, and automation solutions for financial institutions and other organizations. This experience strengthened my ability to analyze systems, identify risks, and contribute to product quality from both development and testing perspectives.

I am based in Bolivia and speak English. I am motivated by solving complex quality problems, improving software reliability, and helping teams deliver better products through structured testing and leadership.
