About me

I am an IT project manager with a strong background in digital business management and direct exposure to the payment-scheme ecosystem. I have worked inside Eurokartensysteme GmbH, the German scheme administrator for girocard, where I gained hands-on insight into card processing, issuing, and scheme operations while cooperating with Visa and Mastercard.

I focus on requirements engineering, BRD-style documentation, agile backlog management, sprint planning, and UAT coordination. I am comfortable driving end-to-end delivery from business concept through testing, acceptance, and release coordination, while keeping stakeholders aligned across business, IT, and external service providers.

My experience also includes business intelligence and data delivery. I have defined and monitored KPIs, produced performance reports, and supported reporting products with gap analysis and recommendations. I bring a practical understanding of BI tools and data management, along with exposure to SAP BW, SAC, ERP, HANA, and Power BI.

In addition to product and project work, I have supported IT service and onboarding processes, incident management, MDM rollouts, Microsoft 365 change management, and user training. I have also worked on technical rollouts and sub-project management across multiple client sites, which strengthened my coordination and communication skills.

My academic background in Digital Business Management gave me a solid foundation in e-commerce, payment service providers, physical and digital payment cards, business analytics, project and change management, and financial analytics. This education complements my hands-on experience in the payments and IT environment.

I speak German and Arabic natively and English fluently at a business level. I am based in Germany and am looking for opportunities where I can combine product management, payments expertise, and BI-driven decision-making to deliver measurable business value.
