I am a senior SaaS B2B commercial and GTM operator with more than 10 years of experience building, scaling, and optimizing revenue activities across France, EMEA, and international markets.

I have managed a portfolio of around 500 customers and up to EUR 1.8M in ARR in France and francophone markets, with a strong focus on revenue performance, forecasting discipline, and customer retention.

I bring a combination of analytical problem-solving, senior stakeholder management, and cross-functional execution. I am comfortable working across sales, product, marketing, support, and technical teams to identify revenue drivers, customer needs, and market opportunities.

I have led commercial development, market launches, and account growth initiatives in SaaS, travel, aviation, transportation software, and e-commerce environments. My background includes building local GTM approaches, improving CRM hygiene, and strengthening operating discipline after acquisition.
