Owned end-to-end QA for web and mobile marketplace applications. Partnered with PMs and designers from grooming through release, reviewed product documentation and Figma flows, challenged requirements, surfaced edge cases, and proposed product flow improvements. Used AI tools for source code analysis and product exploration. Tested backend APIs, web applications on desktop and mobile browsers, and native mobile apps. Built reusable test cases and checklists, and worked with Jira and Sentry for tracking and investigation.

Executed 150+ test cases for a core banking system covering more than 20 business functions. Reduced feature testing time by improving requirements analysis and database validation. Authored and maintained test cases and bug reports, wrote manuals and internal guides, reviewed technical documentation, validated Oracle/PL/SQL database logic, participated in release cycles and hotfix validations, and mentored new QA engineers.

Designed and maintained test documentation for web and mobile healthcare applications. Created 300+ test cases, 50+ bug reports, and user guides. Helped deliver stable releases, introduced shift-left testing practices, reduced onboarding time through detailed repositories and manuals, validated requirements and Figma prototypes, proposed UI/UX improvements, led release cycles, and worked daily with developers, BAs, and designers.
