Software Developer / Full Stack Engineer

I am a Computer Systems Engineer with more than 9 years of experience across IT support, full-stack development, and project management. I have worked end to end on projects, from requirements gathering and implementation to training users and tracking metrics.

I am currently transitioning into Salesforce development and have already built a strong foundation through Salesforce JavaScript Developer I certification and active Trailhead learning. My technical background includes JavaScript, React, Node.js, and low-code platforms such as Mendix, Smartsheet, and FileMaker.

In my recent role as an Application Developer, I replaced manual spreadsheet and paper-based processes with digital systems that improved automation, auditability, and operational efficiency. I also owned the full project lifecycle, built workflow solutions, and created documentation and training materials for staff adoption.

Previously, I developed a full MERN stack recruitment platform from scratch, including the REST API, frontend interface, and database design. I have also provided IT consulting, server migration, infrastructure support, and day-to-day technical troubleshooting in fast-paced environments.

I am comfortable working with databases, cloud migrations, VoIP systems, and technical support operations. My experience has taught me how to balance hands-on development with practical business needs and reliable system administration.

I speak Spanish natively and English at an upper-intermediate professional level, and I am currently learning Japanese. I am based in Tijuana, Mexico, and I am looking to continue growing in software development, especially within Salesforce and full-stack engineering.
