Learning & Evolution Specialist

I am a dedicated professional in training and development with solid experience in teaching, academic coordination, and learning strategy. I am passionate about languages and lifelong learning, and I enjoy working in multicultural environments where empathy, curiosity, and adaptability matter.

In my current role as Learning & Evolution Specialist at eVISO S.p.A., I design and deliver learning, development, and culture initiatives that support both individual and organizational growth. I coordinate training requests, internal and external programs, learning vouchers, and operational activities such as budgets, consultants, coaches, mandatory training, and e-learning platforms.

Previously, I worked as a Training & Development Specialist at Confartigianato Imprese, where I managed funded and mandatory training programs for companies, entrepreneurs, and employees. I handled training needs analysis, course design, scheduling, trainer coordination, LMS administration, and quality monitoring across multiple locations.

I also gained experience as an EPC Center Manager for Mercatorum and Pegaso Universities, supporting academic and orientation activities, and as Director of Studies & English Language Instructor at The One School of Languages, where I coordinated educational programs and taught English to adults and children at different levels.

My background also includes international and cross-cultural experience through roles such as Program Ambassador for Cultural Care – EF Education First and Au Pair in the United States. These experiences strengthened my communication skills, cultural awareness, and ability to support people through important transitions.

Alongside my professional work, I have pursued studies in languages, international markets, business, and design, and I hold several certifications in teaching, coaching, customer care, and workplace safety. I bring together learning design, people development, administration, and interpersonal communication in a way that supports meaningful growth for organizations and individuals.
