Led the design of a smart automation flow for financial reconciliation using AI, cutting average reconciliation time from 4h30 to 20 minutes. Improved document request, payment reminders, file organization flows, and invoice search, mapping cross-team journeys to reduce risks and improve efficiency.

Improved login/auth flows to meet security requirements and MFA standards. Redesigned web banking payments and corporate card experiences, and supported the corporate website aligned with the new brand.

Led discovery and redesign of the Rede Itaú mobile app homepage, aligned the experience with omnichannel standards and the design system, and improved access to priority actions. Conducted usability and concept tests and delivered detailed handoff documentation for engineering.

Designed billing experiences in the Core/Billing squad for client payments and talent compensation. Redesigned flows to clarify statuses and reduce exceptions, and facilitated workshops to define personas across the payment journey.

Optimized onboarding and first-investment self-service journeys based on quantitative and qualitative research. Improved UX writing and UI patterns, contributing to increased new-user engagement and reduced friction during the initial experience.

Co-created a streaming product from scratch, from market research and workshops to feature prioritization and visual direction. Delivered a style guide, tested prototypes, and designed responsive experiences for tablet, smart TV, and set-top box.

Participated in discovery and designed the Itaucard app for Itaú Colombia during an immersion in Bogotá. Supported development, ran interviews and usability tests, and delivered projects for Santander, Caixa Econômica, Nextel, and Carrefour.

Supported discovery, website redesign projects, UX/UI improvements for client websites, apps, and key user flows. Designed pitch presentations and social media assets for clients including Microsoft, Xbox, Aviva, KBC, Mater Hospitals, EBS, and eFlow.
