About me

I have experience working both in team settings and independently, and I take pride in being reliable and getting the job done. My background includes customer-facing roles, retail support, pharmacy support, hotel operations, and corporate IT support.

I have worked with customers across the United States and am comfortable handling a wide range of responsibilities. I enjoy helping people, solving problems, and keeping daily operations running smoothly.

In my recent hotel role, I handled front desk duties, guest check-ins and check-outs, reservations, night audit tasks, and property upkeep. I also supported breakfast setup and helped maintain a clean and safe environment for guests.

Previously, I spent many years providing IT support to retail and pharmacy stores, troubleshooting equipment such as registers, computers, POS systems, fax machines, credit card machines, and phones. I also assisted pharmacists with insurance-related prescription issues.

My earlier experience includes hotel front desk supervision, PBX operations, shuttle dispatch, security dispatch, and pharmacy technician work. These roles strengthened my communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
