About me
I am a Brazilian professional with experience in customer support, customer relationship management, and English teaching. I have worked in fast-paced service environments where clear communication, empathy, and problem-solving were essential.
In my most recent roles, I handled customer service through chat and phone, supported users across online and offline channels, and performed ombudsman responsibilities. I also worked with chat moderation and support operations, which strengthened my ability to manage sensitive situations and maintain service quality.
Earlier in my career, I spent many years teaching English to children, teenagers, and adults at different proficiency levels. I taught using communicative methods, prepared and graded exams, led tutoring sessions, and supported students in reading, writing, speaking, and conversation.
I also worked as an instructor and guide in an exhibition setting, where I assisted visitors, led school tours, and helped non-Portuguese-speaking guests using fluent English. These experiences improved my public-facing communication skills and adaptability.
My background includes strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Apps, Salesforce, helpdesk systems, and CAT tools such as Trados, MateCat, and MemoQ. I am comfortable working with digital tools and structured workflows.
