Co-founded a strategic marketing and brand-positioning business serving three corporate clients with one employee. Managed approximately MXN 16,000 in total monthly advertising investment, tracking leads, conversions, and return on ad spend (ROAS). Built forecasts and business cases to guide reinvestment decisions, prioritize measurable campaigns, and finance client growth. Shifted spend from low-impact content activity toward measurable performance campaigns, supporting sales growth and stronger market presence.

Supported manufacturing operations across warehouse, quality control, encapsulation, bottling, and labeling, gaining direct exposure to constraint-based production systems. Reorganized warehouse storage and receiving practices around serial-number retrieval, reducing raw-material picking/search time by at least 50%. Redesigned production-area cleaning changeovers by staging supplies before batch completion, reducing waiting time between production runs. Reallocated labor during drying time to support the most constrained operation, improving the use of available operating capacity.

Launched a local delivery service with MXN 1,500 in initial capital during COVID-19 restrictions. Expanded the customer base from five to 45 customers between the first and second months, achieving ninefold customer growth. Built and managed a three-person delivery team serving 86 customers across Hermosillo.

Designed and delivered three structured leadership and personal-development workshops for 64 participants. Delivered five mentorship engagements, including one complete five-session client process, within a revenue-generating model requiring minimal initial capital.
