QA/QC Engineer

I am a QA/QC Engineer with more than 11 years of experience in oil & gas operations and manufacturing quality management. My background centers on implementing and maintaining Quality Management Systems in line with ISO 9001:2015, ASME, API, ASTM, BS EN, and DNV standards.

I currently work as a Quality Coordinator at Saipem on Aramco contracts, where I oversee full QA/QC operations across offshore rigs. In this role, I manage inspection and testing oversight, audit activities, NCR/CAPA control, and quality documentation to ensure compliance with project and client requirements.

Throughout my career, I have handled end-to-end NCR management, root cause analysis, corrective action planning, and verification of effectiveness. I also have strong hands-on experience in NDT coordination, ultrasonic testing, pressure vessel and equipment inspection, material receiving inspection, and calibration control.

I have contributed to quality performance improvements by conducting ISO 9001:2015 audits, coordinating third-party inspection activities, and supporting teams in resolving quality issues within required timelines. My experience spans offshore drilling operations in Saudi Arabia and Egypt, as well as manufacturing quality leadership in Egypt.

I am certified as an ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor and Six Sigma Green Belt, and I have also completed OSHA Middle East Diploma training. I am currently pursuing PMP certification and continue to build my expertise in lean manufacturing, supplier quality management, and risk-based thinking.

I am based in Dubai, UAE, and I bring a practical, detail-oriented approach to quality assurance, compliance, and operational excellence. I am fluent in Arabic and have professional working proficiency in English.
