Sales Consultant

I am a sales professional with a consultative approach that focuses on building trust with clients. My style is centered on understanding customer needs and recommending solutions that create long-term value.

I have a strong track record of generating repeat business and referrals through relationship-driven selling. In my recent sales role, I achieved a 70% closing ratio and contributed to more than $1.2M in annual sales while maintaining high client satisfaction.

From May 2020 to March 2025, I worked as a Sales Consultant at Runyen Blinds Inc dba Domenick’s Blinds & Decor in Sarasota, Florida. In that role, I provided product expertise, developed client relationships, created persuasive proposals, negotiated pricing and contracts, and mentored junior team members.

Earlier, I worked as a self-employed Trader in Portland, Maine from January 2015 to November 2019. That experience strengthened my understanding of financial markets and independent decision-making.

Before that, I served as Business Manager at Coastal Decorating in Kennebunk, Maine from May 1994 to October 2014. I handled accounting, HR, advertising, daily operations, inside sales, customer service, custom order review, and purchasing responsibilities.

I also bring a strong background in interior design and decorating environments, which helped me develop a refined sense of style and a practical understanding of retail and custom client needs. My career reflects a blend of sales, operations, management, and customer-focused service.
