Responsible for the seamless operation of the spa & the customer experience. Using knowledge of the service menu to create the most ideal experience for every guest. Maintaining an understanding of the PALOMA customer & assisting in the expansion of the PALOMA private label. Analyzing & identifying trends within the wellness space. Designing & creating immersive displays for special events in the space.
Participating in the entire development process for abercrombie girlβs swim, intimates, and accessories assortments for the first three and half years with the company. Moving to assisting in the development of the girlβs fleece tops and bottoms & active assortment – an over $24 million revenue category. Working closely with trend analysts to determine macro trends and seasonal color palettes. Working with the merchandising, sourcing, and design team to ensure the best and most relevant product for the abercrombie girlβs customer.
Designed jewelry and embroidery patterns for Spring 2016, Fall 2016, and Holiday 2016 lines. Built tech packs for new styles. Quality control. Worked as a sales rep during trade shows and festivals. Styled for photo shoots.
