I planned and conducted research studies to support five design squads in the mortgage business. I successfully doubled the velocity of research studies from six to twelve per quarter, employing various methods, such as in-depth interviews, focus groups, and user-led tests, to gain valuable insights into customer needs and preferences. I led the project to map the bank’s first mortgage service blueprint.
I designed and launched one new successful service for the telemedicine business each quarter and led all design research projects.
I led all design research projects related to student experiences in virtual education programs and teacher’s employee experiences.
