Was unable to continue my studies at SSU due to unforeseen circumstances. Ultimately I was forced to continue my studies through a local Community College closer to family, as my family had a medical emergency.

09/2016 to current Undergrad @ Los Angeles Pierce College

Continuing studies towards Early Childhood Development and Psychology. I am a part time student taking classes as time and space allows. I am determined to finish my degree so I may dedicate my energy and knowledge towards my passion for learning the early signs of neurological divergency in children and young adults.


Experience

10/2021 to 05/2023 Project Coordinator/ Office Admin Assistant @ Waisman Construction, Inc.

I worked closely with the President of the general contracting firm, (Waisman Construction, Inc.), specializing in Public Works Contracts as a full-time Office Assistant and Project Coordinator. I provided administrative, and project management support to ensure efficient operation of the company, both within the office and on the field. My day at the office in short consisted of managing our projects in multiple districts to ensure requirements were being met under the Public Works Agreement between the company, the city and the 3rd party contractor. I oversaw contracts, submittals, certified payroll records and reports within the field, as well as paper trail within the office for audits and records of completed and successful projects. I conducted meetings with the various project manager’s, vendors, contractors, and apprenticeship programs through out Central LA, Santa Monica, Ventura, and local SFV areas. Most importantly, I made sure I maintained not only a dependable and ethical image for the company, but also ensured that my communication and energy within the environment was uplifting and reassuring no matter the situation.
