• Implemented and created PartnerTulsa’s language access plan, working with contractors to translate all website pages, social media, and forms in 3 different non-English languages.
• Led PartnerTulsa’s effort to create entrepreneurship curriculum for 3 new entrepreneurship incubators throughout North and East Tulsa.

• Authored 2022 State of Entrepreneurship Report for City of Tulsa, detailing ways the City of Tulsa and PartnerTulsa can better provide services for entrepreneurs.
• Led planning efforts to host 20 consuls-general to Tulsa, showcasing the $2.6 billion in exports the metro area provides and connected local businesses with consuls to provide business expansion opportunities.
• Budgeted $15,000 in grant funding to create an entrepreneurial acceleration, breaking down silos and creating partnerships with entrepreneurial service providers.
• Coordinated with Tulsa area economic development organizations to create an entrepreneurship hub website to assist new business owners with starting, managing, and growing their business.

• Developed $6.5 million budget setting salaries, rental estimates, and programming for the first immigrant-centered entrepreneurship incubator in Oklahoma.
• Analyzed spending trends for $472 million in city contracts with construction, landscape architects, and material suppliers throughout Tulsa.
• Co-Chaired City’s Language Accessibility Committee with the goal of implementing a language access plan for municipal communications and services.
