Working in customer relations for 10 years, I have mastered the art of working with all different types of clients. While being able to problem solve situations while keeping a positive outlook, I have been able to excel in all my positions. Whether in person, over the phone, through email or chat services – I have the grammar and professional etiquette to conquer it all! Also, I have the ability to trouble shoot websites when issues arise and work my way around new platforms.

My duties consisted of reservations, check ins and check outs with the Marriott system, providing exceptional phone etiquette and client relations. Also problem solving situations that arise with third party bookings and issues with rooms. Assisting with making sure conference rooms were well taken care of.
My day as an Administrative Assistant to a Financial Advisor is being able to use many different third party platforms to monitor clients accounts, pulling reports, making changes on the accounts. For instance – changing beneficiaries, making death claims, adjusting future allocations/contributions. Making daily exchanges. Calling clients for annual meetings, pulling capital gain and loses reports, working with third party companies on new client applications or handling NIGO’s. Working with Excel, Microsoft, Connect 2 Client, Outlook, Adobe, Google Calendar’s, etc.
