Market/District Manager Sunbelt Rentals
Oversees all sales and operations for Sunbelt Rentals Climate Control San Diego and Orange County divisions, renting temporary heating, cooling, and air purification equipment to both B2B and B2C clientele
Ensures proper governance and business compliance with all Sarbanes Oxley requirements and company policies through ongoing monitoring and reporting effectively communicating all results
Collaborates with internal auditors when setting up new business, ensuring timely updates on deadlines for process implementation and quality management action plans

Assess Sales representatives performance through Key Performance Indicators (KPI), P&L, Territory Mapping (ARCGIS), Power of Sunbelt Effectiveness (POSB)
Develops qualitative and quantitative sales goals on weekly, monthly, and annual basis through goal setting in CRM’s QUE and Accelerate
Leads process improvements for Sales Rep, Branch Manager incentive plans based on relevant identified risks and performance metrics
Delivers comprehensive presentations of technical and financial data to all levels of business including customer base, identifying risks and mitigations for programs.
Draws upon soft and hard skills when managing employee concerns and frustration surrounding high stake deadlines
Creates project systems and scopes in tandem with customers, paying special attention to budget/cost timelines and execution
Analyzes Accelerate, ArcGIS, Excel, and Trailing twelve-month reports to identify underserved market segments and average discounts.
