About me

With over 5 years of experience in human resources and administration, I am a SHRM-certified Generalist. I partner with mid-level managers and senior leaders to develop and implement policies and practices that support the growth and success of the organization and its employees.

I lead the full lifecycle of employees from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a positive and consistent employee experience. • Lead the onboarding of over 300 employees starting in May 2021 including building new project-based orientation utilizing Asana project management system, working with hiring managers to prepare, and ensuring new employee information is correctly added to Insperity HRIS.
• Manage off-boarding including notification to leadership, termination in systems, and assisting in exit interviews.
