We are seeking a self-motivated UI/UX Designer with a passion for innovation and a collaborative mindset to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing intuitive and engaging user experiences for banking and financial service products.

Responsibilities:

  • Translate user needs and business requirements into effective design solutions.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for various digital products.
  • Design intuitive user interfaces that meet the needs of our banking and financial service clients, ensuring adherence to the latest UI/UX best practices and industry standards.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and refine designs.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
  • Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure accurate implementation of UI designs.
  • Build reusable components and libraries to streamline development processes and maintain consistency across digital platforms.
  • Contribute to the continuous learning and growth of the team.
  • Stay informed and share about emerging trends and best practices in UX/UI design and front-end development.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a UX/UI designer, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing previous design projects and demonstrating a clear understanding of user-centered design principles.
  • Proficiency in modern design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a disciplined agile development environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design ideas and concepts.
  • Experience with browser automation tools and build tools such as Selenium, Cypress.io, Webpack, Grunt/Gulp, and Babel.
  • Familiarity with multi-language, multi-country, and multi-currency web applications.
  • Exposure to infrastructure, CI/CD, networking, web serving, or monitoring is a plus.
  • Exposure to web security concepts and concerns, such as CORS, CSP, CSRF, and XSS is a plus.
