About Qventus

The Leader in Care Operations Automation

Actively Hiring

On this journey for over 12 years, Qventus is leading the transformation of healthcare. We enable hospitals to focus on what matters most: patient care. Our innovative solutions harness the power of machine learning, generative AI, and behavioral science to deliver exceptional outcomes and empower care teams to anticipate and resolve issues before they arise.

Our success in rapid scale across the globe is backed by some of the world’s leading investors. At Qventus, you will have the opportunity to work with an exceptional, mission-driven team across the globe, and the ability to directly impact the lives of patients. We’re inspired to work with healthcare leaders on our founding vision and unlock world-class medicine through world-class operations.

As an Analytics Lead, you will use your healthcare domain experience and background in analytics, business intelligence, and product management to build impactful analytics products for both our clients and internal teams. You’ll have end-to-end ownership of initiatives that illuminate operational opportunities in hospitals, measure the performance of our algorithms, and provide actionable insights that magnify the value of our solution suite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deeply understand the business problems of our external and internal users to identify and validate new product opportunities.
  • Manage the definition and development of a broad scope of analytics products.
  • Refine requirements and enable other developers to execute efficiently.
  • Manage team sprints and coordinate cross-functional efforts when needed.
  • Ensure analytics products have both rigor and polish to delight our users.
  • Facilitate our product, design, and engineering teams’ laser focus on outcomes.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in analytics or business intelligence.
  • 2+ years of experience in product management.
  • Healthcare domain experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in SQL.
  • Proficiency with at least one dashboarding/visualization tool (e.g., Looker, Sigma).
  • Comfort structuring and managing end-to-end analytics projects.
  • A love for the big picture and a healthy obsession with the details.
  • Deep curiosity and a passion for real-world impact.

It’s a Plus if You Have…

  • Experience in the inpatient domain.
