The Content Ops team is the tour guide of Reddit. Welcoming new users and helping them discover where they belong and in the process supporting the growth of smaller unknown communities. As a member of this team, you will help improve Redditβs content understanding and make a big impact on content experiences across all of Reddit.
You will map Reddit by contextualizing and identifying relationships between subreddits and posts based on culture, trends, audience, genre and/or theme. You will create categories and label subreddits and posts to improve Redditβs content understanding, resulting in better ML recommendations.
