Content Production Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Content Production Manager to join our content team. You will be responsible for overseeing the editorial production process for our websites covering iGaming and crypto investment, ensuring high-quality, accurate, and engaging content that aligns with our brand’s standards.

As a key part of the Commercial Content team, you will help manage content calendars, ensure accurate fact-checking, maintain and improve quality standards, and will be working with editors, the sales team, designers, developers, and SEO specialists to optimise digital publishing and revenue operations.

This role requires strong organizational skills, an excellent command of English, and (ideally, though not necessarily) familiarity with both iGaming trends and cryptocurrency investment topics.

Responsibilities:

• Content Production Management: Oversee the publication pipeline, ensuring timely and efficient content delivery across multiple digital platforms.
• SEO & Formatting: Collaborate with SEO specialists to optimize content for search engines while maintaining readability and engagement.
• Fact-Checking & Compliance: Help verify financial and regulatory information related to crypto and iGaming, ensuring all content adheres to industry standards and guidelines.
• Content Workflow Coordination: Liaise with editors and developers to ensure smooth content production, including multimedia integration (images, charts, videos, etc.)
• CMS Management: Publish and format content using WordPress, ensuring consistency in design and layout.
• Data & Performance Analysis: Track content performance metrics and provide insights to improve audience engagement and SEO impact.
• Editorial Guidelines Enforcement: Maintain style guides and editorial standards to ensure consistency across all content.
• Liaise with Product Owners: Aid in the delivery of brand and content deliverables, ensuring alignment with product strategies and objectives.
• Assisting Head of Commercial Content: Support the Head of Commercial Content in additional content projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand strategy.
• Stakeholder Communication: Work closely with marketing, social media, and development teams to align content strategies with business goals.
• Managing Data Entry Team: Oversee the team responsible for data input, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and consistency in handling large datasets.

Requirements:

• Team Management: 1-2 years of experience managing a small team, ensuring efficiency and collaboration.
• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in digital publishing, editorial production, or content management, preferably within iGaming or crypto industries.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), and basic HTML formatting.
• Editing Expertise: Strong command of English grammar, syntax, and proofreading with attention to detail.
• Project Management: Ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Analytical Skills: Understanding of content performance metrics (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.).
• Collaboration & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with writers, designers, and technical teams.
