WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Participate in regular training and development opportunities to sharpen your sales skills and grow your career.
  • Be a positive, collaborative team player who contributes to a high-performing and supportive SDR culture.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align on ideal customer profiles, messaging, and lead handoff processes.
  • Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness to help fine-tune targeting and outreach strategy.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce to support pipeline visibility and forecasting.
  • Proactively identify and engage Enterprise prospects via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other sales enablement tools.
  • Execute personalized campaigns to build qualified pipeline and book impactful meetings for Account Executives.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • A structured onboarding experience with hands-on training and support from day one.
  • Access to industry-leading tools like Salesforce,6sense/SalesLoft, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to power your prospecting.
  • Ongoing 1:1 coaching from experienced sales leaders focused on your growth and development.
  • Clear performance expectations, KPIs, and a transparent path for advancement into closing or leadership roles.
  • A growth-minded culture that encourages curiosity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Exposure to cross-functional teams and opportunities to learn from sales and marketing peers.

$45,000 – $57,000 a year

In our dedication to salary transparency, we provide a compensation range for sales roles, which is a base salary in addition to commission. The final offer will be dependent on various factors, including the candidate’s qualifications, relevant experience, and the organization’s budget. Our Talent Acquisition team will provide more information about the compensation package for this position during the interview process.
