Summary: The Campaign Development Specialist (Run/Walk/Adventure) is responsible for supporting logistics, data management, and coordination of peer-to-peer fundraising products within a designated marketβspecifically LLSβs Run, Walk, and Adventure campaigns. The Campaign Development Specialist contributes to the execution of high-quality events, participant and volunteer engagement, and the implementation of fundraising tactics to help exceed revenue goals in support of LLSβs mission to relentlessly pursue cancer cures.

Accountabilities:
Mission Integration
β’ Partner with Education Services and Health Research department to effectively communicate the LLS overall mission, programs, resources, and priorities.
Data & Operations Management
β’ Manage data entry to ensure CRM and fundraising systems are accurate and up to date; utilize AI-driven tools where applicable to streamline data processing and reporting tasks.
β’ Oversee timelines and other operational elements for assigned fundraising campaigns.
β’ Maintain Drop pages and ensure campaign and marketing materials (e.g., brochures, recruitment flyers, pledge forms) reflect current branding, messaging, and policies.
β’ Create and maintain critical reporting on a weekly basis, leveraging AI-based insights to identify trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities.
β’ Partner closely with the Revenue Allocation team to ensure bolos, matching gifts, checks, and other offline funds are accurately tracked and allocated.
β’ Manage and adhere to campaign timelines and budgets by tracking revenue and expenses associated with assigned fundraising campaigns.
Event Logistics & Revenue Support
β’ Oversee aspects of Athletic Initiatives and/or multiple independent elements of several Athletics programs including coordination of kickoff events/meetings.
β’ In partnership with Event Experience team, connect with vendors to secure the best rate or donation of services needed for the campaign(s) as needed.
β’ Maintain ordering and tracking for mailing house, event apparel, and fundraising incentives.
β’ As needed, act as an on-site staff during the event weekend as needed, overseeing activities, vendors, and volunteers to ensure satisfaction of participants, and resolutions of problems.
β’ Responsible for supporting assigned peer to peer fundraising teams to achieve overall revenue goals, as needed.

β’ Maintain a working knowledge of LLSβs mission and programs to promote organizational initiatives and support team efforts.
β’ Perform other related duties as assigned.

β’ Bachelorβs Degree
β’ 1-3 years of experience

β’ May be required to move Campaign materials weighing up to 15 pounds for various events.

We are excited to share the base pay range for this Non-Exempt, Hourly position is $24/hour ($44,000) to $34/hour ($63,000). The offered compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, business need, market conditions, proficiencies, skills, education, and experience. Additionally, at LLS we place a high value on internal pay equity and will consider the current compensation of similarly situated roles and direct team members. Base compensation is only one component of our Total Rewards program, which also includes an annual incentive plan and a competitive benefits package.
