Aufgaben

Your tasks – this is what awaits you in detail

• You will analyze the customer behavior and sales performance for the whole customer-facing shopping experience including our recommender systems, personalization, product detail pages and the product search
• You help us to better understand our customers and to create ideas on how to improve the customer experience
• You join cross-functional product teams during their discovery phases to provide them with data-based insights and ideas
• You will especially support the search teams to build an outstanding use case-orientated and contextualized search
• You design and setup A/B tests and help the stakeholders to analyze and interpret the results
• You create dashboards to monitor our products

Profil

Your profile – this is what we expect from you

• You have professional experience in data analysis and data modeling
• You love to take a deep dive into data, even if the problems are complex and unstructured
• You can query SQL databases on an advanced level
• You have a good understanding of web analytics and A/B testing
• You have solid experience in presenting and visualizing your findings, and experience with Tableau is a plus
• You communicate effectively with all kinds of people, including technical experts and product managers
• You have at least basic programming knowledge in a programming language like Python or R
• You are intrinsically motivated, self-organized and proactive
• You are willing to embrace our company culture and values and enjoy working in an international, English-speaking team
