The Admissions Specialist is the first point of contact for prospective and returning clients seeking treatment with Accanto Health as well as individuals seeking treatment information for loved ones and outside referral sources.
The Admissions Specialist effectively manages objections, removes barriers, and motivates prospective clients to pursue the admissions process. The Specialist brings curiosity, determination, and drive to help each client move forward. The Admissions Specialist accurately documents their work and efficiently navigates the administrative details of the assessment scheduling experience so clients can focus efforts on recovery.

With an emphasis on quality and urgency, your goal is in communicating seamlessly with clients, families, providers to ensure timely access to care while using a relational selling approach. The position is responsible for achieving the departmental and individual KPIs while delivering an excellent experience.Β
