About the Role

The Technology Implementation Manager is responsible for ensuring the successful deployment of enterprise software solutions and digital tools across the organization. This role bridges the gap between business needs and technical execution, ensuring that systems are delivered efficiently, configured correctly, and adopted effectively. The ideal candidate has deep experience with enterprise platforms, strong project delivery skills, and a hands-on approach to implementation.

Responsibilities

• Utilize project management methodology to ensure the successful delivery of IT initiatives abiding to time, budget, and scope requirements
• Align with project stakeholders to develop project objectives and outline project scope requirements
• Create and present Technology project summary documentation to ensure all project risks and blockers are raised and an accurate project status is communicated business-wide
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to mitigate project risks and blockers, ensuring risks are raised to the appropriate stakeholders in a timely manner, mitigations are identified, and action is taken
• Troubleshoot implementation issues and coordinate resolution with internal teams and software vendors
• Ensure proper documentation, training, and change management processes are in place to support user adoption
• Perform post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and project successes
• Leverage data to create KPIs and dashboards to increase business visibility into overall Technology project performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, finance, HR, and external vendors to ensure alignment and successful delivery

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s or advanced degree in business and/or technology is preferred, but not required
• 3+ years of experience managing complex, global, technology-driven projects in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to inspire via superior communication & interpersonal skills is required
• Experience communicating and interacting with executive teams is preferred
• Strong understanding of systems development life cycle (SDLC), Agile, and/or Waterfall methodologies
• Hands-on mindset with the ability to dive into technical details when needed
• Demonstrated ability to deliver within provided timelines by scoping initiatives and developing and maintaining a comprehensive project schedule
• Knowledge of infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise Technology processes is required
• Experience implementing change management best practices to ensure impacted stakeholders are made aware of technology initiatives and/or system changes
• Experience using tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Service Now, Trello, etc. to develop and maintain project deliverables
• Experience working on cloud transformation projects is a plus
• Ability to successfully work across cultures, time zones, and locations to drive team cohesion and effectiveness
• Must be able to manage time independently and work under pressure
• Must be comfortable identifying owners for project tasks and holding stakeholders accountable to agreed-upon deadlines, escalating promptly to management if deadlines are not met
• Demonstrated ability to successfully partner with a wide range of stakeholders including vendors, regulators, partners, and third parties
• PMP certification is highly desired
• Experience managing projects related to enhancing enterprise tools (ServiceNow, Workfront, etc.) that promote workflow efficiencies and/or experience on projects decommissioning tools is preferred
• Experience in gaming, hospitality, retail, or similar industry is preferred
• Experience managing project budgets through regular monitoring and reporting is a plus

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000 to $125,000.  Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.  This position is also eligible for participation in a performance-based bonus plan.

Gaming Compliance & Licensing Requirements

As an online gaming company, BetMGM is required to comply with state gaming regulations which includes licensing obligations.  Applicable employees must be licensed by at least one jurisdictional agency, although certain positions require licensing by multiple agencies.  Failure to become licensed or maintain licensure with each agency as required for the role may result in termination of employment.  Please note that the licensing process includes comprehensive background checks which may include a review of criminal records, financial history, and personal background verification.

In addition, candidates must comply with and support the company’s responsible gambling policies, procedures and initiatives.

Applicable salary ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. The position is also eligible for an annual bonus.
