🎯 Role Overview

As an Outbound Call Specialist, you will be a key part of Rundoo’s Operations Team, supporting strategic initiatives by gathering essential business information from prospective clients. Your primary responsibility is to call independently owned supply stores in North America to collect specific data that will inform internal decision-making and business development efforts.

This is a night shift role aligned with U.S. business hours, and you will report directly to the Head of Operations. The position requires strong communication skills, a professional phone demeanor, and meticulous attention to detail.

🔑 Responsibilities

  • 📞 Place outbound calls to a provided list of businesses across North America

  • Ask clear, concise questions to gather specific operational data

  • 🗂️ Log accurate responses in internal systems (e.g., CRM reports)

  • 🔄 Follow a consistent workflow to stay organized and efficient

  • 🤝 Maintain a professional and friendly tone throughout all interactions

  • 📈 Collaborate with the Operations team to refine call scripts and improve processes through feedback

✅ Qualifications

  • 💡 Experience

    • 2–3 years of outbound calling, cold calling, or telemarketing experience (preferably B2B)

    • Bachelor’s degree.

  • 🛠️ Skills

    • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills

    • Strong English proficiency (neutral or U.S. accent preferred)

    • Resilience and the ability to handle rejection professionally

    • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and dialer tools (e.g., Gong, Dialpad)

    • Ability to meet KPIs while working independently on the night shift

🕒 Schedule & Location

  • Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM Philippine Time (Monday to Friday)

  • Location: Metro Manila, Work-from-home

  • Training: 1 day of in-person training (daytime shift) required

💸 Compensation & Perks

  • Base Pay: $200 per week

  • Contract Type: Independent Contractor (responsible for filing and paying your own taxes)

    • A 20-minute Google Meet conversation with Amanda (your manager) focused on your motivations, goals, and alignment with the role.

  • 📝 Skills Assessment (On-Site)

    • A 45-minute cold-calling simulation with Amanda to evaluate communication style and objection handling.

  • 📑 Offer & Onboarding

    • If selected, you’ll receive a formal offer and onboarding instructions to get started.
