Internship Overview
Arlo Solutions is proud to launch our Summer 2025 Internship Program, a 4-week immersive learning experience designed for high school juniors, seniors, or early college students interested in business operations, technology, human resources, and marketing. This is a paid internship aimed at cultivating early career awareness while building essential workplace and professional skills.
Interns will rotate through various departments and be mentored by experienced professionals while participating in workshops, project-based learning, and interactive sessions. Each week focuses on a distinct business function, culminating in weekly deliverables and a final presentation. This internship supports potential school or academic credit and includes a Certificate of Completion.
Work Location
Hybrid: (Washington, DC Area) with possible onsite attendance required for select activities related to the internship workshop
Program Highlights
Participate in company orientation and gain understanding of government contracting operations
Support Human Resources activities including recruiting process simulation and resume workshops
Learn personal branding and digital marketing fundamentals
Explore information technology systems, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity principles
Attend live learning sessions, department briefings, and peer group activities
Submit weekly deliverables, including written reflections, resumes, personal branding profiles, and presentations
Present a final showcase summarizing the internship experience and key learnings
Success Factors

Positive attitude, curiosity, and ability to ask thoughtful questions
Willingness to participate in group discussions and individual assignments
