About the Opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to join our European international Institutional Business Development team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in financial markets, an established network within the financial sector, and fluency in English, with proficiency in an additional language being a plus for engaging with stakeholders across the EU region.
What Youβll Be Doing
Sales Growth & Market Expansion: Develop new sales strategies and channels across the EU and the broader EMEA region, generating leads and successfully driving the sales cycle to completion.
End-to-End Sales Cycle Management: Lead the full sales cycleβfrom research and lead generation to conversion and account managementβensuring sustainable client relationships and long-term success.
Client Service & Issue Resolution: Handle time-sensitive client inquiries, including complex matters related to APIs, products, liquidity, and accounts, ensuring efficient and timely solutions.
Stakeholder Coordination: Take ownership of organizing meetings, capturing key discussions, and ensuring effective follow-ups with stakeholders.
