Tasks

Define and implement test strategies tailored to each projects context and business needs
Design and write structured, clear, and effective test plans
Collaborate closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams
Apply various testing methodologies, both manual and automated
Identify and address quality risks early in the development lifecycle
Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and provide constructive feedback
Navigate shifting priorities with a positive and adaptable mindset
Communicate complex quality and testing challenges in a clear, accessible way
Contribute to testing standards and practices across the organization

Requirements

3+ years of professional experience in software test engineering (for Mid position)
5+ years of professional experience in software test engineering (for Senior position)
Solid knowledge of test strategies, QA methodologies, and SDLC best practices
Hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks such as Cypress.io, TestCafe, Selenium, or native mobile frameworks (iOS/Android)
Professional programming experience and understanding of software architecture
Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases
Ability to clearly communicate test approaches and results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning
Experience mentoring peers and advocating for high-quality, maintainable code
Proficient English and Portuguese (spoken and written) is mandatory
Must be located in Brasil for remote work eligibility.
