We are looking

for a Performance Designer for Ads who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands how to make ads that convert, and is ready to work across multiple Kilo Health products. If you know your way around Meta ads and can bring results-driven creativity to the table, this one’s for you !

Get ready to

Produce high-performing ad creatives — both static and video — primarily for Meta platforms
Execute quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
Collaborate with performance marketers and creative teams to develop and iterate on data-backed concepts
Monitor and analyze creative performance metrics to inform ongoing improvements
Manage multiple products and brands simultaneously, ensuring consistency and quality under tight deadlines
Prioritize performance — every creative you produce should serve a clear conversion goal

We expect you to

Have experience designing ads for performance marketing — ideally for Meta platforms
Be comfortable creating short-form video ads, including UGC-style content that feels native to the platform.
Be skilled in tools like Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma, or similar
Deliver fast turnarounds without compromising quality or creativity
Be detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable — you’ll work across multiple brands, formats, and visual styles
Work independently, take full ownership of your projects, and manage deadlines proactively
Communicate clearly in both English and Lithuanian

Salary

Gross salary range is 2400 – 2800 EUR/month.

Location

Vilnius, Lithuania: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
