Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the full life-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates across various functions. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers, developing talent pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience within the financial tech industry.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full life-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various functions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, providing a thoughtful and respectful recruitment experience.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, draft job descriptions, and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates from relevant networks, online databases, employee referrals, and passive candidate pools.
  • Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Provide regular updates and communication to hiring managers and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2-4 years of experience in recruiting, with a focus on technical and G&A roles within the financial tech or payments industry.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  1. Identifiers and Professional or Employment-Related Information. The Company collects identifiers and professional or employment-related information, which may include some or all the following: real name, nickname or alias, postal address, telephone number, e-mail address, membership in professional organizations, professional certifications, language skills, and current and past employment history. The Company collects this Personal Information to evaluate previous job performance and consider applicants for positions, to develop a talent pool and plan for succession, to conduct applicant surveys, to maintain an internal applicant directory and for purposes of identification, to promote the Company as a place to work, and for workforce reporting and data analytics/trend analysis.

  6. Background Screening Information. In the event that an applicant is given a formal job offer, the Company collects background screening information prior to hiring, including results of the following types of background screening: criminal history; sex offender registration; motor vehicle records; credit history; employment history; drug testing; and educational history. The Company collects this Personal Information to screen for risks to the Company and its clients, and continued suitability for their jobs and to evaluate applicants for promotions.
