ModSquad has partnered with a leading music streaming service, and we’re on the hunt for bilingual Customer Support Representatives to join our fully remote team.

As a member of this team, you’ll be:

  • The first point of contact for customers via inbound messages

  • Helping users with account support, technical issues, and general platform questions

  • Delivering support in Polish and English

  • Supporting multiple customers at once with care, clarity, and efficiency

What We’re Looking For:

  • Professional fluency in Polish and English

  • Experience providing customer supportvia chat/messaging

  • Ability to multitask and manage 3-5 customer chats at once

  • Strong communication skills and a desire to help others

  • Comfortable using a webcam and working remotely

Schedule & Commitments (Pacific Time):

Orientation (8 weeks, 40 hours/week)

  • Phase 1: 4 weeks, 4 AM – 1 PM PT

  • Phase 2: 4 weeks, Flexible scheduling between 7 AM – 10 PM PT

Production:

  • Flexible hours between 7 AM – 10 PM PT

  • Minimum 25 hours per week, with 12 hours on weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday)

  • Commitment: 180 days

Tech Requirements:

  • Desktop or laptop running Windows 10+

  • Stable internet (25 Mbps or higher)

  • 8 GB RAM or more

  • Dual monitors (highly recommended)

  • Webcam (used for all orientation and nesting)

  • Willingness to install ModSquad’s security software on your devices

Please note: A Chromebook is not sufficient for ModSquad projects.
