Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Β 

  • Data Product Strategy & RoadmapΒ 
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize features across audience segmentation, performance analytics, and attribution measurement.Β 
  • Translate stakeholder needs into scalable product capabilities that drive measurable business outcomes.Β 
  • Marketing Analytics & Stakeholder CollaborationΒ 
  • Serve as a product advocate for internal marketing teams and external clients, ensuring the platform delivers relevant insights, tools, and reporting features.Β 
  • Support the development of dashboards, experimentation frameworks (e.g., A/B testing), and targeting capabilities used in media planning and performance measurement.Β 
  • Technical Collaboration & Data GovernanceΒ 
  • Work closely with engineers to scope and deliver product capabilities across cloud data pipelines, APIs, and analytics platforms.Β 
  • Ensure solutions meet privacy, compliance, and contractual requirements, particularly as they relate to CCPA, CPRA, VPPA, and data-sharing partnerships.Β 
  • Process & Execution SupportΒ 
  • Partner on planning, prioritization, and backlog grooming across multiple product lines.Β 
  • Maintain clear documentation, stakeholder updates, and release notes.Β 
  • Participate in agile ceremonies as appropriate; team responsibilities may shift depending on your strengths and preferences.Β 
  • User Research & Feedback IntegrationΒ 
  • Conduct or collaborate on user research to validate feature needs across studio partners, internal marketers, and golf stakeholders.Β 
  • Use qualitative and quantitative inputs to refine roadmaps, feature designs, and product positioning.Β 

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience launching and optimizing campaigns across major platforms with knowledge of platform-specific tracking, attribution settings and performance metricsΒ 
  • Expertise in conversion metrics/marketing funnel KPIs and the ability to facilitate delivering data around these metricsΒ 
  • Familiarity with cross-platform campaign reporting tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)Β 
  • 5+ years in product management, data analytics, related to MarTech/AdTech.Β 
  • Experience delivering data products that serve marketers or B2B stakeholders (e.g. dashboards, segmentation tools, or attribution models)Β 
  • Strong communication skills and ability to bridge technical and business conversations across varied audiences.Β 
  • Familiarity with data privacy laws and best practices for data governance and clean-room architecture.Β 
  • Comfort working in agile environments with cross-functional teams across engineering, marketing, and analytics.Β 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting both B2B and D2C product lines across multiple business units or verticals.Β 
  • Working knowledge of cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP), APIs, and BI/visualization tools (Looker, Tableau).Β 
  • Familiarity with audience targeting, lifecycle marketing, or campaign measurement in digital media or ecommerce.Β 
  • High emotional intelligence, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset.Β 

Fully Remote: This role has been designated as fully remote, meaning it is expected to be performed from a non-NBCUniversal worksite, typically an employee’s residence.
